Ok I Had Breakfast At Hampton Inn

It consisted of scrambled eggs, 3 slices of a fresh tomato (mine) and 1 piece of wheat toast with decaf coffee. So why did that make my blood sugar go up??? I think the air I breathe affects it sometimes 😆

It's the wheat toast. Loaded with carbs, turns to sugar. The only bread that doesn't spike blood sugar is almond flour. I have found Hampton Inn breakfasts to be very healthy, as long as you watch what you eat, stick to protein, avoid carbs.
