I struggle with timing and experience highs and lows. I have celiac disease, gastroporosis, SIBO, inappropriate sinus tachycardia and have had my gallbladder removed. Looking for suggestions if anyone has any!! 🙏🏼
My daughter has both type 1 and celiac disease. It's hard so I feel the struggle your having. I've asked one of my daughter doctors and all she tells me is first focus on getting rid of the gluten because you can always fix the high sugar with the insulin. Her carb count is 30 carbs for 1 unit of insulin and gluten free stuff normally see alot of carbs :/ so I'm just trying to find the right foods for her first. 😔
