my husband blood pressure been running high the past few months. I know to an extent it is inviable given this disease, but he's only 39 and I feel like there has to be a way to help control it. I have cut salt out his diet, he eats beets every single day, and we even have him eating more potassium. Still his diastolic (bottom number) is still reading high.
No, trying to avoid medicine. I should of said that in my original post. Once you start taking bp meds you can never stop.
