Yes, balance and coordination problems are common symptoms of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). When blood sugar drops too low, it can affect your body's ability to function properly, leading to coordination issues.

Common symptoms that can affect balance during a low include:
- Dizziness or lightheadedness
- Feeling shaky
- Weakness
- Coordination problems To help prevent these dangerous situations, it's important to:
- Monitor your glucose levels regularly
- Keep fast-acting glucose sources with you (like glucose tablets, juice, or hard candy)
- Check blood sugar more frequently during exercise
- Let others know where you keep your emergency supplies

If you experience coordination problems during a low, sit or lie down until your blood sugar returns to normal to prevent falls or injuries.

Yes also depending how low. Sometimes I eat too many carbs and it's back up to above 200. Best trick is to eat 15 to 20g of carbs and wait for 30 minutes for myself. Some people more or less time. Patience is one of the main keys of keeping your sugars stable. I don't like the feeling of low just like anyone else.
