I only eat 1 Glucerna, a sandwich for lunch, and a small dinner. My sugar has been higher than I like. it does drop around the same time at 11:00 and 3:00

If you’re going low around 11 and three every day, that’s a pattern. Patterns are easy to fix a lot of times.. you’re either getting too much insulin or not enough food around that time. If you’ve done any exercise before that time that could be causing a load too. It’s either the timing of the insulin or the timing of your food or the timing of exercise.. there’s other things that affect the blood sugar but usually when you see a pattern, you can change it. You may need to adjust the timing of your insulin intake or the timing of your food to fix the Lowe’s.. work with your doctor to see what they say and the nutritionist might be able to help you also
Try an egg and half an English Muffin (sourdough) for breakfast. Sourdough bread is lower on the glycemic index. Rye bread is also good. A small healthy snack at mid morning and mid afternoon. Exercise, especially walking, would be helpful. Set a small goal for diet changes and exercise, so you can be encouraged by successful progress. Determine to work hard; better health is its own reward.
