I listen to music , and read while I'm doing all. Staying motivated is the clincher. I do it right after breakfast . I'm not saying it's easy ,and then It is hard sometimes, and giving a kick in the butt tells me get going . . I find the morning the best for me, then it's done. Even walking is an exercise and the various spots to go to. I still use my earphones with music. It wouldn't have to be daily for you. Get time off during the off days is a break for your body. The Rolling Stones are my salvation while doing all. You can do it !

As a T1 diabetic for 38 years, exercise is mandatory to control blood sugar and well-being. Strive for cardio and strength training. Good luck!

How do you stay motivated everyday to work out? I tried and get so burnt out by the end of the week that I gave up.
