I have a Dexcom G6. I found some adhesive patches on Amazon.They stick really well. I have had to use a IV3000 when my CGM was really lose.
FYI: I purchased racerback tank tops that have pockets for your cellphone and put my pump in the pocket.

They have at walgreens and phharmacys too

I use SkinTac as well. My sensors stay on without any overpatch. I buy it on Amazon.
