A nutritionist told me to include a few pieces Cheese after eating my cereal to have some fat and my breakfast.

Any ideas what works better for someone out there? I would appreciate it.

I love breakfast cereal but it does not like me. I ate a lot of it until I realized that regardless of the kind of cereal, my BS went sky high. I now eat about 15 g of carb and 13 g of protein for breakfast daily. Who would have thought oatmeal would have that effect?
