Hi Joy, I’m 64 and workout weights/cycle/rowing machines 4x per wk and walk my dog 1 mile everyday and do Qi Gong (wow, sounds like a lot) I sometimes drink a powdered mix of creatinine and protein with almond milk. My intention is for muscle recovery and health. It can be hard on your liver or kidneys in excess is the research I dug up…so i take it sparingly and not every day. I forgot to discuss this with my Endo…🤔
