Each pump has its own advantages and you can join user groups online to learn, as you are already aware.

Hey Douglas and Joel. I've done the following what you guys have suggested. No luck.😒At this point I'm looking at the brighter side of it. My only choice is to get the new pump and try to sell my other one. It can be reset to start over which is a good thing. So if anyone knows someone who wants a fairly new pump hit me up.

I would suggest you speak with the new insurance person at work and see if there is a repreve you can file for your pump you are still using.

I’d ask your new insurance for options. Perhaps you can appeal since you are already using the one you have.
Ultimately it’s important to speak with them.
